Dimensions are taken from brand new parts from the most reputable Mini supplier.

N.B. To get the old studs out, I use two old nuts. Screw them both onto the thread, then using two spanners, tighten the nuts against each other. Then using a spanner on the bottom nut, unscrew the stud. Use the same technique to put the new stud in the hole. Obviously don't over tighten the nuts on the new part because you may risk damaging the thread, although this is unlikely with titanium.
