Mini TITANIUM Inlet Manifold Studs

Classic Mini TITANIUM 1"3/4 Manifold Stud kit with titanium nuts and stainless washers.

They go in to the back of the inlet manifold on a Hiff 44 (1 3/4" Su carb) One side of the stud is 5/16 UNC (coarse) thread, which screws into the inlet manifold and on the other end of the stud is 5/16 UNF (fine) thread, which takes a 5/16 UNF nut.

A standard stud weighs 16g, a titanium stud weighs 9g, giving you a saving of 28g across four studs.

N.B. To get the old studs out use 2 old nuts. Screw them both onto the thread, then using two spanners tighten the nuts against each other. Using a spanner on the bottom nut, unscrew the stud. Use the same technique to put the new stud in the hole.
