One manifold washer

These washers are the same width as standard fat washers for the Mini inlet/exhaust manifold but a fair bit thinner at 2.5mm. You will need 6 washers for the inlet and exhaust manifolds.

A standard steel manifold washer weighs 15.7grammes whereas this Titanium manifold washer weighs 3.7grammes giving a weight saving of 12grammes per washer!

I've also used these washers for the bolts fitting the rear trunnions inside the Mini boot. They spread the load from the bolt where standard washers seem too flimsy. I had to grind off a small bit of the washer so it fitted well against some of the inner boot supports. They look just right!
